The fastest way to report a problem is from inside the app:
··· menu on the clip, chat message, direct
message, or user profile.You can also email us at support@mochilog.app with a short description and one or two screenshots. Every report is reviewed by a human moderator within 24 hours.
Open any clip, chat message, direct message, or user profile, tap the
··· menu, and choose Block. Once blocked,
you will not see their clips or messages and they will not see yours,
in any group you share.
Inside the app: profile menu → delete account. Your account record, clips, chat messages, and direct messages will be removed from our servers.
If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, email support@mochilog.app from the phone number associated with your account. Include a short explanation of the situation. A human will review every appeal.
